Warehouse Customs Management System
Problem
Bonded warehouse operations consisted of interconnected but separately run processes: inventory tracking, the warehouse ledger, notification procedures and document management. Manual record keeping caused both time loss and data inconsistency risks. Field staff and office teams could not access the same up-to-date data, and maintaining the record structure required by customs regulations was becoming unsustainable with manual methods.
Solution
We built a web and mobile friendly management platform that brings all bonded warehouse operations under one roof. Warehouse inventory tracking, ledger management, operation records, notification workflows and document management were unified in a central structure. The system was designed to keep records compliant with customs authority processes; field and office teams work on the same real-time data, and historical records are instantly accessible.
Technologies Used

- Manual operations were minimized, significantly increasing data accuracy and process traceability.
- Field and office teams access the same system seamlessly through the web/mobile friendly interface.
- A regulation-compliant, audit-ready record structure is now maintained digitally.
